Return Policy
Survivbes will honor exchanges or returns on any item(s) within 30 days of purchase through survivbes.com given that it has not been damaged, altered, or used. The item must be returned in new, sellable condition with all tags and stickers present. Items that have been altered, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returned items. Survivbes is not responsible for returned items that are lost in while shipping to us, please use a tracking number. In order to receive a refund you MUST have an RMA #. Please fill out the form below to receive your RMA #.

If a shipping error on our part has occurred or a defective product has been delivered in error, shipping fees and restocking fees will be waived for returns and exchanges.

We’ll do everything possible to take care of your return quickly. Please allow us 10-15 business days to process your return and initiate a refund to your credit card. Note that refunds may not appear on your statement for one billing cycle. Items that are returned with all required documentation will be processed as priority.

For exchanges due to reasons other than shipping errors or product defects, please follow the return procedure and guidelines and place a new order for your desired item at your convenience. Placing a new order quickly ensures that you’ll receive it in a timely manner, and that it won’t go out of stock.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment please contact us at survivbes@gmail.com with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.

Return Process
Step 1: Ensure your item is in new/unused condition, has not been altered or damaged in any way, and has all tags and stickers present.
Step 2: Include the Order Confirmation Number that was received upon your original purchase of the item along with your full name, shipping address, email, and phone number.
Step 3: Include your Return Authorization Number inside the package you are returning to us.
